Service scope and eligibility

Eye Rizz provides personalized iris mosaic generation and related checkout/fulfillment services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.

User content and permissions

You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant Eye Rizz and its subprocessors a limited license to process, transform, store, and transmit that content as needed to generate mosaics, provide previews, and fulfill orders.

You confirm you have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and that such content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.

AI-assisted creation

Parts of the creation flow use automated image processing and, optionally, generative AI to prepare your eye photo for mosaic generation. AI-enhanced results are artistic interpretations of your photo: they may fill in areas not visible in the original image and adjust lighting, color, and detail. You can preview an enhanced result and choose to use it, retry, or continue with your original photo instead. Enhanced results are not exact reproductions of your eye, and small differences from your natural iris are part of the artistic process, not a defect.

AI preparation and mosaic regeneration are subject to fair-use limits per session to keep the service available for everyone.

Orders, pricing, and payment

Prices and availability may change over time. Taxes, shipping, and currency conversion details are shown during checkout where applicable. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms and policies.

Fulfillment, reprints, and refunds

Print production and shipping are handled by third-party fulfillment providers. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. If an order arrives damaged or materially defective, contact support with your order details for assistance.

Because products are personalized, returns and refunds are generally limited to verified quality or fulfillment issues.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to upload or generate unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content, or to interfere with service integrity, security, or availability.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eye Rizz disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use, third-party outages, or fulfillment-provider delays.

Privacy and cookies

Your use of Eye Rizz is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, including how optional analytics and marketing tools are enabled by region, how Vercel Analytics loads when analytics consent is granted, how browser and server-side Meta conversion measurement works when marketing consent is granted, and how you can change those preferences from Cookie settings in the footer.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms. For support requests, use the Contact page and include your order and job IDs when available.
