These terms govern your use of Eye Rizz, including uploads, ordering, and fulfillment. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Service scope and eligibility
Eye Rizz provides personalized iris mosaic generation and related checkout/fulfillment services. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service is lawful in your jurisdiction.
User content and permissions
You retain ownership of the photos and text you upload. You grant Eye Rizz and its subprocessors a limited license to process, transform, store, and transmit that content as needed to generate mosaics, provide previews, and fulfill orders.
You confirm you have all rights and permissions needed for uploaded content and that such content does not violate applicable law or third-party rights.
Orders, pricing, and payment
Prices and availability may change over time. Taxes, shipping, and currency conversion details are shown during checkout where applicable. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms and policies.
Fulfillment, reprints, and refunds
Print production and shipping are handled by third-party fulfillment providers. Delivery windows are estimates and not guaranteed. If an order arrives damaged or materially defective, contact support with your order details for assistance.
Because products are personalized, returns and refunds are generally limited to verified quality or fulfillment issues.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service to upload or generate unlawful, infringing, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content, or to interfere with service integrity, security, or availability.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eye Rizz disclaims warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from service use, third-party outages, or fulfillment-provider delays.
Updates and contact
